Comment:

 While end users might not *like* the help->debug window, they most
 certainly *need* it.  They would like it even less if we told them that
 they had to remove their package and compile gaim themselves to submit a
 bug about jabber, or to get help in figuring out why their favorite plugin
 is no longer loading.

 The debug window does not exist for developers, they would be perfectly
 willing & able to run gaim from a terminal with the -d flag.  It is for
 the end users who need to be able to submit more information with their
 bug report.
