Comment:

 You may not agree, but Luke is right.  The debug window should stay, as
 its benefit *far* outweighs any aesthetic concerns.

 What this *does* raise is the issue that users can obviously reopen
 WONTFIX bugs, even when it should not be possible.  Daniel, is it possible
 to lock down bug states?
