Comment (by jeff):

 Attempted to login with account 'a' and password 'a' with msimprpl 44
 times, and it crashed 40. Captured the crash logs with Dr. Mingw. All
 different crashes, almost all being memory access violations.

 Here are all the filenames of the debug logs I recorded for each
 situation. The number at the beginning is how many times it occurred.

  * 02-gmem fail and The instruction at 0x7c910e03 referenced memory at
