Comment:

 That doesn't make sense - I'm the most knowledgeable about how 32-bit
 programs on 64-bit Windows work, but my understanding is that
 `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GTK` should appear to 32-bit
 programs as `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GTK`, in which case it should
 work fine.

 Did you move GTK+ after it was installed?

 Are the paths in `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GTK\2.0\`
 correct (i.e. do they point to the location to which GTK+ was installed
 and currently resides)?
