 Heh, I guess any GTK+ program (including the Theme Selector) is going to
 crash.  There must be something unusual about your system that doesn't
 play well with GTK+.

 You can try switching your GTK+ theme manually.  To do so, you'll need to
 edit your per-user gtkrc file (see [wiki:"Using
 Pidgin#WhatisagtkrcfileandwherecanIfindit" this FAQ entry] for the
 location and exact name of the file.  If the file doesn't exist, you'll
 need to create it.

 You'll need to add/update the line that specifies the GTK+ theme to
 something like this:

 gtk-theme-name = "Raleigh"
 }}}
