 Yes, there are plenty of times you might want something to blink and not
 be unminimized, in exactly the same way that you might want things to
 raise and not be unminimized. Which is *exactly* the difficult in
 implementing this sort of thing. Which is what 'present' is for. If you
 write the patch for the plugin I will commit it (and no it isn't a sledge-
 hammer, changing conv_window_raise for the one usage of it in the plugin
 would be since tons of other places use it) otherwise I will get to it
 eventually.
