 it appears that Pidgin maximizes just before closing under Gnome
 in Ubuntu Linux 7.04 (other versions not tested).. It could be
 that this behavior sets the closing-state to maximized, and thus
 makes Pidgin start maximized every time..[[BR]]
 This occurs when selecting Quit from the sys-tray..[[BR]]

 Can anyone have a look at this?
