 i think i found what the problem is. i loaded pidgin and directly disabled
 all the accounts, pidgin loaded without any problem, then i enabled MSN,
 Yahoo and XMPP accounts no problem occurred, but after i directly enabled
 my ICQ account the problem occurred with the same consequences. i thought
 maybe there is a bug in loading a lot of accounts together at startup so i
 disabled all of them then enabled ICQ alone the problem directly occurred
 as i had mentioned before. i've been working on pidgin since then and had
 no problems.
