 hello,

 there's tool->privacy, where you can block buddys. But on icq it doesn't
 seem to have great effect. (I actually doesn't even know if this should be
 an ignore-list or an invisible-list - or both)

 at least, adding an invisble-list should be quite easy on client-side.
