 Same here. I have myself saved as Buddy (in ICQ) and the buddy icon stays
 the same, regardless if I change it. But others do see the new icon (at
 least sometimes).

 In Jabber the icon immediately changes.

 I cannot report the blank black picture. It may be because of a wrong file
 type?
