  Reproduced Steps:
   1. Launch pidgin, enable an IRC account
   2. Transfer a file to a buddy,the boddy save the file in certain
 location
   3. Pop out a "File Transfers" dialog
  Actual Result:
   After#3:In "File Transfers" dialog, the progress has no change.The
 "Remaining"
 status is keeping "Waiting for transfer to begin".
  Expected Result:
   After#3:File is transfered to buddy successfully.
