 When you are dragging a conversation tab to move it either to a different
 placement in the same window or another window, the little arrows that
 appear (to show you where the tab will be dropped) are drawn on top of
 every other window, including windows that are set to be always on top
 (e.g. Task Manager).  I've attached two screenshots.
