 I was just contacted by an offline contact on ICQ and noticed the icon in
 the popup is not shown (see screenshot).

 After investigating, I also noticed that the color of the invisible icon
 differ in 16x16 (white) and bigger sizes (faint green). I think this
 should be fixed also.
