Comment:

 IIRC, we need a minimum of 8.4.4 or 8.4.5 (I'm not sure which).

 I need to make the version checking code do a better job.

 You can either delete `Pidgin\plugins\tcl.dll` to disable the Tcl plugin
 loader or upgrade Tcl to a more recent version.
