#1568: Buddy Icons/Avatars missing in BList, but ONLY for users with Pandion

 Most of the other users behind our internal firewall are using
 Pandion/Jabber.
 One user, is using Adium/Jabber.
 The ONLY Avatar/Buddy Icon I see is from the user with the Adium Client.

 When I connect to AOL IM, outside the firewall, I can see the AOL IM users
 Buddy Icons/Avatars.

 It appears there is a spcific issue with the Pandion<->Pidgin Clients that
 is the root of this bug.

 Im using Pdigin on WinXP.
