 Now that the buttons in the chat toolbar open submenus, it would be nice
 to have them behave more like menus, e.g. the menu should open on mouse-
 click, not on mouse-release. This way, one could press Insert->Smiley just
 by clicking once, dragging down and releasing the mouse button, instead of
 clicking, releasing, moving down and clicking again...
