 No, it indicates that a small number of people are vocal about their
 dislike. (We dealt with that claim in #414 also). I'm beginning to wonder
 how thoroughly you read it.

 Why do you care if the person has more than one buddy in the contact
 online at one point? And even if you did care the protocol icons wouldn't
 (and didn't) tell you that. Further, as we said numerous times in #414
 (and other places) we understand that some people need to know the
 protocol when *in the conversation window* and as such are considering how
 best to bring that back.
