 Since I never have any problems connecting to Yahoo!, there might be
 something different in our configuration.

 * I activated the stunserver
 * I get lots of IPs for scs.msg.yahoo.com. Perhaps you could try to use
 those IPs directly. I'm in Germany, perhaps you use different servers.

 You could try to use scs-dcnb.msg.yahoo.com instead of scs.msg.yahoo.com.


 This is what I get for nslookup scs.msg.yahoo.com:
