#1624: Stop messages from popping up and stealing focus from other apps?

 I was messing around with the pidgin settings, and I haven't found
 anywhere in the program for an option to make windows not pop up on my
 screen when I get new messages, I would rather have them stay in my
 taskbar blinking but not taking focus away from whatever I'm doing.

 I don't think the "Conversation Window Hiding" solves this under the
 interface options since I can't really see if I have a new message, only
 if I look at the tray icon.

 Is there a plugin? or anythign that solves this? Its kinda annoying to be
 playing counter-strike and getting minimized every single time I get a new
 message.

 Sorry if this isn't the way to ask for things, but I can't find a forums
 or anything.
