#1758: Option to treat idle as Away state?

I am not sure how many protocols have an idle state, but in general idle
normally indicated no activity at the keyboard and hence the user is not
 there.

On MSN at least the visual queue for idle is the same as Away, yet pidgin
has a unique visual queue just for this status. Isn't this against the
simplicity and uniformity goal for the UI?
