 I am not sure I understand your response. My issue was more to the fact
 that Pidgin shows MSN contacts with an online green circle and a faded
 name when idle. MSN never puts contacts into an AWAY state even if they
 have been idle for extreme times. However the visual indicator in MS for
 idle is the same as for Away.
