 When I start pidgen, my two ICQ buddies are shown as being blocked (brick
 wall icon). I have '''NEVER''' blocked either of them. If I unblock them,
 I get a message saying "Could not add buddy <buddy ID> for an unknown
 reason. The most common reason is that you have the maximum number of
 allowed buddies".

 I only have 6 buddies.

 Nowhere can I find any mention of what the buddy limit actually is but I
 would imagine it would be significantly higher than the number I have.
