 If Pidgin in the system tray and the buddy list is closed then double-
 clicking on the icon doesn't show the buddy list if the taskbar doesn't
 have the focus. By this I mean that you have clicked in another
 application, on the desktop etc. Note that if you return the focus to the
 task bar by clicking anywhere on a blank portion of it (or start menu,
 once on tray icon etc.) then the double-click will work. Nothing appears
 in the debug window for a failed attempt to show it.
