 The doxygen documents are completely missing out on css-coolness. Adding
 {{{
 <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="doxygen.css" />
 }}}
 in doc/TracHeader.html makes it use the default CSS here, which looks cool
 enough to me. We probably want to use something that matches with the
 overall look of the site. But we need to use at least something!
