#1961: IM protocol handling can send unwanted messages

Priority: minor | Component: winpidgin (gtk)

I noticed that when clicking a link of the form
 ''aim:goim?screenname=YourScreenNameHere&message=Message+Here'' Pidgin
automatically sends the message without any warning. This seems
undesirable to me, as a link such as that could be triggered inadvertently
or without the user's permission, and send an unwanted message. My
suggestion is to only open the chat window with the message in the text
area, but require that the user send the message on their own.
