 After relogin from another place, all exclusive accounts are disabled (e.
 g. ICQ). It requires too many clicks to restore them. The same problem
 affects users after network outage:

 - 3 clicks for each account
 - 2 clicks for changing state to Online

 Compare with gaim 1.5:
 - 2 clicks (one to re-enable all accounts, one "I am back")

 Ideally it should be one or two clicks: "I am back, re-enable all
 temporarily disabled accounts."

 Or even better have a plugin, which will do it automatically after a
 message from desktop idle framework (galago or similar).
