 I didn't know that I need to specify anything regarding idle status when I
 compiled it, what would that option be? Maybe I missed a dependency?

 I have:
 Report idle time: "From last message"
 Auto-reply: I changed to "Never" but it was the same when I had the
 default "When both away and idle"
 Auto-away: "Change status when idle" checked
 Minutes before changing status: 5
 Change status to: "Away"
