 Thanks for the tip.  I find that to be a little awkward though (even
 though I've gotten the hang of it).  A possible recommendation:

 Have a Heading for each protocol that is clearly labeled, followed by
 groups and then individuals (for example currently my yahoo buddies w/o a
 group are under "Yahoo" while MSN buddies w/o a group are under
 "Individuals".

 Something simple like this would suffice:

 * MSN
    * Group 1
         * Individual 1
         * Individual 2
    * Group 2
         * Individual 3

 *Yahoo
    * Group 1
         * Individual 1
         * Individual 2
         * Individual 3

 It'd be nice to right click the protocol and/or group and be able to
 change the status in that manner.
