 Sorry, I screwed up the paths...

 What does NOT exist is "C:\Install\Gaim\sounds" and what does exist is
 "C:\Install\Pidgin\sounds", so perhaps the crash is caused by an
 intermediate folder not existing (since "C:\Install\Gaim" no longer
 exists)?
