#532: finch not redrawing correctly, even after META-L

Comment (by bleeter):
Terminal is urxvt-unicode, with screen running inside. 'echo $TERM'
returns 'screen'.
If I add a new window, it only shows in the lower taskbar.
Moving the window over/blow the upper taskbar, and 'erases' the remaining
taskbar.
One other thing I've noticed. If I make the terminal really really small
(eg, 10x10) and detach from screen, then re-attach from a larger terminal,
pressing META-L doesn't redraw either. I can select windows fine... and
slowly they get re-revealed. Two points about this (1) it's not redrawn by
default (2) there doesn't seem to be a 'resize windows to "fit better" in
the current terminal' option (that's to say, when I've re-attached to the
10x10 session with an eg. 80x25 the blist is still hideously small.
