 If the person doesn't want it to happen it happening at all is a problem.
 Also, it wouldn't help across different protocols, and breaks wildly on
 things like irc where the names are inherently per-server. Even on things
 like AIM it can break due to corporate internal AIM servers (which I
 believe are available). XMPP also can be a problem, especially when you
 consider MSN also. There likely are cases where this can be done safely,
 and it is certainly the case that the majority of people won't have
 problems with this, but I'm not sure causing anyone a problem is worth
 saving anyone the trouble of doing it by hand.
