 From glancing over the history, it seems the size restriction was first
 imposed by seanegan in changeset c37d9dd617a2163c456ca9d40ddee8cf4f5a65ec.
 This was because the idle version of the icons only existed at the small
 size. Then with changeset 4886ca0966bc330e34ee422d4845e9f8b36e76b9, he
 removed separate idle icons in favor of having pidginstock.c create
 transparent versions itself. So the size restriction is no longer needed.

 Can I go ahead and commit and push, or do one of the devs want to take it
 from here?
