 After removing a buddy icon from the AIM protocol, the Accounts screen
 shows no buddy icon, but the icon still exists.  It is possible to change
 AIM buddy icons, but not remove it entirely.  Any IM's with the screen
 name still recognize the old buddy icon exactly as if it was not removed,
 and it remains present in the buddy list if you add yourself as a contact.
 This is true if attempting to remove the image for both the global icon
 and the individual protocol buddy icon.
