 Well, there were several errors so far using a 'tabula rosa' build
 environment (which you guys SHOULD attempt more often,) the first two were
 missing defined values, LUP_RETURN_ALL is never defined and
 SHGFP_TYPE_CURRENT is never defined.

 The error I'm getting now, and don't know how to fix, is:
 In function
 'boot_Purple':z:/pidgin-2.0.0/libpurple/plugins/perl/common/Purple.xs:43:
 undefined reference to 'boot_Purple__Account'

 This causes the build to abort. I examined Purple.xs, confused on the file
 type, and it looks like the entire thing is generated by a preprocessor so
 I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking at or how to fix it.
