 Currently, there is no way to set the priority for an account using the
 XMPP protocol.  As you probably know, a user can be connected at multiple
 locations, and the location with the highest priority is the one that most
 people send messages to.

 If there is currently a way of doing this, I am not able to find it, and
 the capability to do this *should* be placed on the "Modify Account"
 window ( Accounts => (account) => Edit Account => Advanced).
