 Like I said, either GTK+ should do this by default on Windows, or (and
 this is both better and worse) the MS-Windows theme should do this. Which
 of GTK+ or MS-Windows should do this depends on whether you think GTK+
 should by default try to work like Windows stuff by default or whether
 that should only be true when the user picks the 'work like Windows'
 theme.
