 Where does Pidgin get the version of GTK it bundles?  Is it rebuilt from
 source, or do we just import someone else's binary (perhaps this one
 ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.10/win32)?

 Perhaps another GTK project's build includes a patch to do this?

 (Obviously I need to investigate this further myself.  The Monotone source
 download is taking ages and the tarball download is broken.  Perhaps I
 need to look at another Win32 GTK application...)
