 The only relevant setting seems to be in C:\Program Files\Common
 Files\GtkRun\2.4\share\themes\Default\gtk-2.0\gtkrc.gtkwimp, which has
   gtk-alternative-button-order = 1

 This would suggest it's already set.

 I'll do a clean install and see what happens.  Also need to find the
 source for the auth dialog and see if it needs to do anything special to
 help GTK figure out the button order.
