 At least on Google (XMPP)

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Friend logs in to his Google (XMPP) account with some client, and set
 status to Away/DND
 2. Friend logs in to GMail chat (say)
 3. Friend's status gets set to Available (because available on GMail)
 4. Friend logs out of GMail
 5. Friend's status remains shown as Available, even though it is now
 Away/DND

 This is not just in the buddy list, opening a conversation also shows the
 available icon.
