 When Pidgin for Windows is installed could the Start menu shortcut be
 placed directly under the Programs folder (C:\Documents and Settings\All
 Users\Start Menu\Programs\) and not within a new folder (C:\Documents and
 Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Pidgin\) as it presently is?

 If the Pidgin folder only contains one item does it really need a folder
 of its own?  Having this unnecessary folder adds an extra action (click or
 point) the user must make every time they start Pidgin from the Start
 menu.
