Comment:

 (In [a05b585fcb02299b9c93f1dd006f4929e3bf9ef0]) Don't put the Pidgin
 startmenu entry in a subdirectory. This violates the MS guidelines and
 (more importantly) it is pointless and annoying. Fixes #1188
