#1230: While chatting/typing, when new IM tab opens, focus is stolen

 I restarted Pidgin to test this, and enabled only IRC (on EsperNet) and
 MSN this time, and connected.
 From EsperNet I got these tabs in this order:

 Tab 1 excalibur.esper.net  (the IRC server itself sending a notice)

 Tab 2 EsperNet  (it's an bot sending some news notices)

 And I joined a channel:
 Tab 3 #somechannel

 I had a MSN user message me while I was typing in #somechannel, no problem
 at this point.  MSN user is in a new, fourth tab.

 I closed this 4th tab (MSN user), then I dragged #somechannel up to Tab 2,
 so EsperNet is Tab 3.

 Now, while I'm typing in tab 2 #somechannel, the same MSN user messages me
 (making a new 4th tab).  My typing begins going to tab 3 EsperNet, though
 tab 2 is still the visible one.

 It doesn't seem to matter if the new message is from someone on my list or
 not, it must simply open a new tab.

 It appears it messes up only after I move the order of tabs around.

 Using Pidgin in Windows if it matters.
