 I had a sourceforge ticket open on this matter and don't seem to find it
 now, anyway.  Our environment relies heavily on the ability to specify an
 account to log in as when pidgin starts.  We do something like this:

 pidgin -n -l akrherz at jabberhost/Resource

 This works very nicely with Gaim 1.5.0, but hasn't ever really worked with
 pidgin or the betas.

 On windows, we routinely get 'Write error' when we attempt to do this.  So
 I run in debug mode to try and get more info and it shows pidgin
 attempting to log into other accounts that I have enabled and gets a write
 error :(
