 I'm not completely sure about this one, but my understanding is that the
 MSN protocol allows for storing a private alias of a buddy on the server.
 At least when I rename someone on my laptop, that change seems to get
 propagated to other computers connecting to the same MSN account.

 If this is correct and I wasn't drunk or high on drugs while testing it
 out, could the feature of storing and retreiving this alias to and from
 the server be considered for a future version of Pidgin? Related to #866.
