 An usability ticket about "Blink on new message" placement and default
 value.

 I had to Google bug report #495 to find out about the "Blink on new
 message" menu item. It's quite well "hidden" if you don't know what you
 are looking for. I think this kind of setting should go to preferences
 where other new message related notifications are and it should be on by
 default. This would allow more people to use this feature and I don't
 think there are many reasons to turn the feature off.
