 nosnilmot: rlaager said in c at d.p.i that I should re-assign to you.

 In gtk_blist_window_state_cb() the event->changed_mask is zero when
 unsetting WITHDRAWN or MAXIMIZED states (probably effects all of the
 window states, but those are the only ones we care about) with gtk+ 2.0.6.
 I'm guessing that the only "solution" here is to disable the
 storing/restoring for the hidden and maximized for older gtk+ versions.

 I'll try to get a patch together that #ifdefs the relvant code out, but we
 need to figure out what gtk+ versions are effected.
