 Hello there!

 I was working with gaim (version 2.0.0 beta 6) until last thursday, when
 I've got the version 2.0.0 of pidgin directly from Monotone repository.

 Now I have an assertion failure on my WTL application that uses libpurple,
 when I connect to an  MSN account.

 Found the problem, and making a diff on method "purple_mkstemp" from file
 "libpurple/util.c", I noticed that some Win32 especifics were removed.

 Getting those changes back solves all the problem.

 How do you guys proceed on such situations?
