Comment:

 The GTK+ Theme Control plugin is included by default and also allows this
 same change.

 On GNOME, we use the GNOME "document" font.

 There is precedent for allowing someone to override the default font. Many
 applications do this, and the GNOME HIG does recommend a preferred way to
 allow just this (although, later it contradicts itself by saying you
 should never use a font that isn't in the theme).

 Reluctantly, I'm considering adding a preference for 2.0.2
