 The add buddy dialog shows a drop down with the existing list of groups (a
 concatenated list from all accounts) for me to select into which group the
 buddy will be placed.

 I would expect this dialog to show ONLY the groups related to the account
 (currently connected) for which the buddy add operation takes place.
 Showing groups from other accounts (offline, or even online and same
 protocol) just makes it harder to add a buddy and maybe use a group from
 another account, which I don't want (in my case, the first item in the
 list, if I don't select an item myself, is from another account, so I
 ALWAYS have to select a group). Also, another account, on a shared
 machine, may not even be mine, so all the more reason to show only the
 groups of my account for which I add the buddy.

 This should take place for the "add buddy" dialog in the menu _and_ the
 "add buddy" dialog when accepting and authorizing such an operation
 initiated by that buddy.
