 When using any protocol in Pidgin 2.0.0 or 2.0.1, if a user shrinks a chat
 window (from the bottom, or bottom-right resize handles) to the minimum
 size, or near the minimum size (especially if dragging up/down), the
 program crashes with the error message:

 Gdk-WARNING(recursed) **: gdkpixmap-win32.c:302: CreateDIBSection failed:
 The operation completed sucessfully.

 This has been replicated on 2 other machines. Pidgin would not produce a
 pidgin.RPT file, but the debug log is attached.
